The last week at home

OMG! Tomorrow night is the last night I'll be sleeping in my parents house! Hopefully :)
I am so stoked. I really should start packing but. . .meh.

I got 2 new tattoos done yesterday :D:D:D They are on my fore arms

The nautical stars have a bit of a history to their meaning. Early on sailors navigated by the stars at night and the north star became the symbol for finding ones way home. Once you know where the north star is you can point your ship in the right direction to get home. So the star became a symbol for finding ones way home or more symbolically even finding ones path in life.

I really connect with that meaning. I am in a point in my life where I am starting to live and make changes that will change my world around me. It can't hurt to have a guide or two to help me become the best person that I can.

The colors were kind of hard to pick out.

I chose green because the color green denotes balance, harmony, and growth. These are three things that I find everyone human being should strive for.

I chose blue for the other because the color blue signifies loyalty, confidence, and integrity. These are probably some of the most important aspects to have.

Time to go start packing!

My Sunday experience

I thought today was going to be a good day.

For the most part, it was divine. Sydney and I went shopping for cleaning stuff for out apartment. It was a blast. I've noticed that cleaning supplies are NOT cheap. We tried to get the cheap stuff and we mostly did. But, with 2 full bathrooms, I spent $94 on cleaning crap. $94!!!!!!

Anyways, aside from that, we raiding Sydney's fiance's storage unit. Got a bunch of kitchen stuff, a crap load of movies and on Saturday we are going to get his couches. They are so very very nice.

After we finished that little excursion, Sydney dropped me off to my house which had about 50 people in it. My parents invited all of our extended family for a big dinner this evening. It was nice catching up with some of my cousins that I haven't seen in almost a year, but when they start to gay bash, that's when I get pissed.

It started off fine. I thought there would be no talk about me. But when the family that I haven't seen in forever started to question why I hadn't gone on a mission, that's when things got ugly. I chose to leave the room when I saw my relatives whisper to each other.

I went out with Adam. We met up at the South Hill Mall. Walked around Target for like 15 minutes, where he probably got pink eye from touching everything. Then we went and saw Ghost Town. I was dieing. That movie was extremely hilarious.

So, it was a really great ending to a not so great day. Thanks Adam!

Over due update

August went by so fast.
Enough said.

Work has been going great. Getting some big accounts after this week. It will be stressful, hard, and I will have to be very meticulous. I can't wait!

Sydney and I are moving into our apartment, in Fife, on the 27th. I am super stoked! I cannot wait to get out of my parents house and on my own. I already have all these decoration ideas!

This weekend has been really fun. I hung out with my friend Adam. We went and saw Igor on Friday night, which was surprisingly really funny. On Saturday we hung out at borders, went to thai food, then over to his friends house to watch a couple movies. Overall, I had a blast.

I don't think I am going to make it to the fair this year :( I'm going to miss my scones. . .
